We can leave your Potions for you in the wooden box outside. Simply opt for 'local pick up'.

Pre-order your Potions and the posting your potion

 We will be posting your potions at the week beginning:

1st November for all pre-orders. 

We will then post out every fortnightly leading up to the week of 5th December.

​Europe Shipping

We are now required to include a customs declaration form with parcels to Europe.

Import Charges

We do not think you will be charged any customs fee once your potion arrives from the UK.  Bee Potion is not responsible for additional import charges or your goods being stopped at customs, please check your country import goods restrictions.

Postage will cost £12.00

​Returns 

​We hope you will be very happy with your Bee Potion items. Please email us straight away at hello@beepotion.co.uk if there is an issue with your product. If you are able to return your item in the same condition it was delivered to you in then we will give you a full refund.  We will keep you informed by email and refund your costs via the card you paid with or through paypal. Refunds will be made within 14 days.

 

Packaging

We use fully biodegradable paper and card  packaging with all deliveries.

IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, PLEASE TEST ON A SMALL AREA BEFORE REGULAR USE. TO AVOID ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS - WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SERIOUS ALLERGIES TO BEE STINGS OR ALCHOL PLEASE DO NOT USE PRODUCTS WITH HONEY OR PROPOLIS:
