How:
-
Add 3–10 drops to a small glass of water or warm (not hot) tea.
-
Drink 1–2 times per day.

-
Avoid putting tincture directly in your mouth—the alcohol can be irritating.

Not recommended for people allergic to bee products or alcohol-sensitive individuals.
-
Check with a healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications.
2. Throat Spray or Gargle
Purpose: sore throat, mouth irritation
How:
-
Dilute 5–10 drops of propolis tincture in warm water and gargle.
-
OR make a simple spray by mixing with water in a small spray bottle (shake before use).
Notes:
-
Do not use undiluted on the throat—too strong and can burn.
3. Topical Use on Skin
Purpose: minor cuts, scratches, pimples, cold sores
How:
-
Apply 1–2 drops directly with a cotton swab.
-
Allow it to dry—it forms a natural protective layer.

May sting due to alcohol.
-
Patch test first; propolis can cause reactions in sensitive people.

How:
-
Add 2–3 drops to hot water.
-
Inhale the steam with a towel over your head.
